Ever wonder what is the best way to burn fat? I, myself have been through this stage of thinking process while I was training for a better physique.

There is no magic in burning fat, but there are ways that can effectively help you to burn fat. These are the 3 basic tips that can help you get that flat tummy that you have always wanted.

TIPS:
  1. Exercise regularly - by doing so, your body is constantly burning more calories as compared to being in the idle state.
  2. Eat regularly - starving yourself won't help you to achieve what you want, instead it might produce counter effects. So BEWARE! 
  3. Get enough sleep - insufficient sleep may results in an increase of cortisol level.
