Graduation Day!

....and now... wheee~ it is finally my turn to fly my graduation cap high and away! Stepping into a whole new different life - work life. Partly excited, partly still trying hard to cling onto my study life.

Life is a one way journey, there is no u-turning point!

And I am glad to say that I did enjoy to my fullest during my study life, and I have no regrets living it :D #LikeABoss

and here is a proof of it!

Congrats to all fresh graduates like me and all the best to everyone! Have a good journey down the road..

How to: 3 Simple Tips to Burn Fat

Ever wonder what is the best way to burn fat? I, myself have been through this stage of thinking process while I was training for a better physique.

There is no magic in burning fat, but there are ways that can effectively help you to burn fat. These are the 3 basic tips that can help you get that flat tummy that you have always wanted.

TIPS:
  1. Exercise regularly - by doing so, your body is constantly burning more calories as compared to being in the idle state.
  2. Eat regularly - starving yourself won't help you to achieve what you want, instead it might produce counter effects. So BEWARE!
  3. Get enough sleep - insufficient sleep may results in an increase of cortisol level.

A Foodie Start

I have always been a big fan of food. Set out to try various kind of cuisine that are available around me. So today, I will definitely starting off my blog with my favorite food - chee cheong fun.

 chee cheong fun (>‿◠)✌

Personally I am a big fan of chee cheong fun and I have been craving it for a long time. Since this is my first post, before further introducing what chee cheong fun actually is to you guys, let me make a brief intro on myself. I just got back to my hometown, Penang, Malaysia. I recently finished my studies abroad and decided to come back.

To the main topic, chee cheong fun is actually rice noodles rolls. There are two distinct types of chee cheong fun available in penang. The one in the photo is somewhat a more localize type of chee cheong fun that I love best. The other one would be Hong Kong chee cheong fun, where the rice noodles are served with soy sauce.

I will be stopping here for now. I will explain further on chee cheong fun later on. For now, lets ENJOY this spectacular dish!
